Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
“Gallery” refers to Áccent Gallery, its curators, representatives, and authorized partners.
“Artist” refers to any individual who submits artwork or participates in Gallery programs.
“Submission” refers to any artwork, file, form, or information provided by the Artist.
“Show” refers to any curated online event organized by the Gallery.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance of Terms
Participation in Gallery Shows requires acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By submitting any form or artwork, the Artist confirms full legal capacity and ownership of all materials provided.

3. Artwork Requirements
Submitted works must belong to the Artist and must comply with the thematic guidelines stated on each Show’s page. Works may be new or previously created, including works that have been sold in the past.

4. Ownership and Rights
The Artist retains full copyright to their artworks.
By submitting, the Artist grants the Gallery a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display submitted artworks on the Gallery’s website, social media, newsletters, announcements, certificates, and show-related promotional materials.
This license covers digital exhibition only and does not transfer any ownership rights to the Gallery.

5. Submission Materials
The Artist guarantees that all submitted materials are original, lawful, and do not infringe upon third-party rights, including copyright, trademarks, privacy, or publicity rights.
The Artist agrees to take full responsibility for any claims or damages arising from their content and compensates the Gallery for reasonable expenses if such issues occur due to their actions.

6. Curatorial Review
All submissions undergo a curatorial selection process. Acceptance is based on artistic quality, originality, and alignment with the theme of the Show.
The Gallery does not provide individual feedback on rejected works.
Curatorial decisions are final.

7. Fees and Payments
Entry fees serve as a curatorial review fee. They do not guarantee acceptance into the Show. Entry fees are non-refundable.

8. Awards and Benefits
Descriptions of awards, certificates, cash prizes, placement on Show pages, and other benefits are published on the Show page.
The Gallery may change award packages at its discretion to improve the overall value of the exhibition experience.

9. Sales and Collector Inquiries
The Gallery does not act as an art dealer. Collectors contact the Artist directly, and the Artist receives the full amount from any sale made through such contact.

10. Use of Artist Information
By submitting, the Artist permits the Gallery to store and use their contact information for communication regarding the submitted Show, certificates, exhibition updates, and future Gallery opportunities.
Personal information is processed according to GDPR standards.

11. Certificates and Digital Materials
Digital certificates are issued in the formats and designs defined by the Gallery.
The Gallery reserves the right to revise certificate templates and graphic materials for branding consistency.

12. Technical Requirements
The Artist must ensure that submitted files meet the size, quality, and formatting requirements stated on the submission form.
The Gallery is not responsible for corrupted files, missing data, or failed uploads.

13. Withdrawal of Submissions
The Artist may request removal of their artwork from the Gallery’s website or exhibition materials by contacting the Gallery.
Past promotional materials (social posts, newsletters, PDF catalogs, archived pages) may remain unchanged.

14. Prohibited Content
Submissions must avoid illegal content, hate speech, incitement, explicit harm, or any work violating law or community safety standards.
The Gallery may remove any content that violates these principles.

15. Disclaimer
All Shows, publications, and Gallery materials present artistic content for cultural purposes.
The Gallery is not liable for technical interruptions, platform outages, or third-party service failures.

16. Modifications to Terms
The Gallery may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary.
The version published on the Gallery website at the time of submission applies to each Show.

17. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from participation in the Gallery’s programs are governed by the laws of Estonia. All matters related to interpretation, enforcement, or potential claims fall under the jurisdiction of Estonian courts.
